Alex Esher has been with CDC since January 2005. Her position with the Company has been multi-faceted as she is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the office as well as operations oversight. Ms. Esher has been instrumental in the recent growth of CDC and was appointed President of the Company in January 2012. Prior to joining CDC, Alex was the vice president and business manager of a telecommunications company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Miami.
Jay has over 20 years of experience in developing financial service company’s sales and marketing efforts. He has worked with various types of banks, investment companies, and third party delivers of investment products. Recently he has been helping banks grow their community based relationships to solidify their core business model. This includes working with non-profits and investors to grow new and existing accounts. Jay graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.
